Since joining us in 2016, Sabin Rai has served as our Head of Bookings, anchoring our Kathmandu office with quiet efficiency. Born and raised in the shadow of the mountains, he brings an intimate, firsthand understanding of the logistics required across the Everest, Annapurna, and Langtang regions. Fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi, he bridges the gap between international travelers and local guides with precision and care, ensuring every permit, porter allocation, and flight transfer aligns seamlessly before a boot hits the trail.
Visitors stepping into our headquarters often find Sabin poring over hand-drawn topographical maps, checking weather patterns alongside traditional lunar calendars. When he is not coordinating complex expeditions or managing our Kathmandu operations, he is partial to early morning walks through the historic alleys of Patan with a notebook in hand.
