When our trekkers arrive in Kathmandu to begin their journeys toward Everest Base Camp or the Annapurna Circuit, Anisha Thapa has already spent weeks smoothing the administrative path. With Himalaya Treks since 2020, she manages the complex web of TIMS cards, national park permits, and domestic flight coordination that keeps our expeditions running on schedule. She knows the regional bureaucratic requirements of the Khumbu, Manaslu, and Langtang valleys intimately, ensuring every team starts their trek without delay.
Fluent in Nepali, English, and basic Hindi, Anisha brings a calm, methodical presence to our busy Kathmandu headquarters. Colleagues often find her desk neatly organized with handwritten checklists, alongside a well-worn ceramic mug of black milk tea that fuels her through peak season rushes. She takes quiet pride in anticipating logistical bottlenecks before they materialize, turning potential travel disruptions into seamless transitions for our international guests.
