Trip overview
Our five-day Marsyangdi River expedition offers some of the most continuous and technical whitewater rafting in Nepal. Originating from the high Manang Valley, the river drops steeply through narrow gorges, creating a relentless succession of class IV rapids that demand constant attention from our crew and participants.
This trip suits experienced paddlers and confident rafters who seek high-intensity river action combined with remote camping. We navigate deep gorges and boulder-strewn channels while snow-capped Himalayan peaks occasionally appear above the steep valley walls.
Safety is managed by our experienced team of river guides equipped with safety kayaks, self-bailing rafts, and comprehensive medical kits. Nights are spent camped on sandy river beaches under the stars, with meals prepared fresh by our expedition cooks.
