Trip overview
Our 5-day Kathmandu and Pokhara Luxury Tour is designed for travelers seeking a balanced introduction to Nepal's cultural heartlands alongside the relaxed lakeside atmosphere of the Annapurna foothills. We combine private ground transport, domestic flights, and stays at 5-star properties to ensure comfort while exploring historic cities.
We begin in the Kathmandu Valley, where our team navigates the intricate courtyards of Kathmandu Durbar Square, the hilltop stupa of Swayambhunath, the vast mandala at Boudhanath, and the sacred cremation ghats of Pashupatinath. We also examine the medieval brickwork and metal crafts of neighboring Patan Durbar Square, gaining insight into Newari culture and Hindu and Buddhist traditions.
Leaving the capital behind, our route continues westward with a short flight to Pokhara. Here, our focus shifts to the natural geography carved by the Seti-Gandaki River, boat rides on Phewa Lake with views of Mount Machhapuchhre, and visits to Davis Falls and Bindabasini Temple. Throughout the journey, our experienced guides provide context and handle logistics so you can focus on the history and landscapes.
