At a glance
Trip overview
We organize this nine-day journey to offer newly married couples a balanced blend of cultural exploration, wildlife encounters, and serene landscapes across Nepal. Starting in the historic streets of the Kathmandu Valley, our route leads through ancient Newari settlements, ridge-top sunrise viewpoints, subtropical jungle lowlands, and the lakeside hub of Pokhara.
This itinerary suits couples seeking a well-paced holiday without strenuous trekking requirements. We handle all ground transport, hotel transfers, and guided sightseeing excursions, allowing our guests to focus entirely on the shared experience. From the bustling alleys of Boudhanath to quiet boat rides on Phewa Lake, every stop provides a distinct window into the geography and traditions of the country.
While the route involves long drives between regions—such as the transfer from Nagarkot down to the Terai plains of Chitwan—our private vehicle arrangements ensure comfortable transit. Our local guides accompany you at each destination to provide historical context and practical support throughout the tour.

Good to know
Trip Pace and Difficulty
We grade this itinerary as easy, as it relies on private vehicle transport, cultural day walks, and hotel accommodations rather than high-altitude trekking. Guests should expect several hours of driving between regions, particularly on the transfers to Chitwan and Pokhara.
Accommodation Standards
We arrange comfortable tourist-class hotels and resort lodges throughout the trip. Rooms are twin-share with attached bathrooms and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for couples.
Clothing and Gear
We recommend packing lightweight clothing for the warmer climate in Chitwan alongside layers for the cooler mornings in Nagarkot and Pokhara. Comfortable walking shoes are essential for exploring uneven stone paving in Kathmandu and Bhaktapur's Durbar squares.
Health and Safety
Our guides carry a basic first-aid kit during tours and safaris. Because this itinerary does not reach high alpine elevations, altitude sickness is not a concern on this route.
