Trip overview

When you book a trek with our Kathmandu-based team, we ensure our policies remain transparent and straightforward. Our operational office at Jamal, Kantipath Marg in Kathmandu handles all administrative preparations prior to your departure into the mountains.

We require either an advance deposit or full payment upon booking through our reservation system, with any remaining balance payable directly in Kathmandu before we set out on the trail. We accept major currencies including USD, Euro, GBP, SGD, CAD, and AUD based on the daily exchange rate.

Our field operations strictly respect local staff welfare. Porters carry a maximum weight limit of 20 kg to protect their health and safety during multi-day ascents across rugged Himalayan terrain. We also require every traveler to maintain comprehensive personal travel insurance covering emergency high-altitude medical evacuation.
