Yoga & Wellness

Our yoga and wellness itineraries are designed for travelers seeking a measured pace through the Himalayan foothills. We combine daily morning practice with moderate walking through the Annapurna and Langtang regions, keeping daily altitude gains manageable usually between 2000 metres and 3500 metres. These routes prioritize recovery and mindfulness, incorporating extended stays at remote monasteries and natural thermal springs at Tatopani. Rather than pushing for high passes, we focus on integration, breath work, and quiet immersion in mountain landscapes.

We operate these journeys during the stable pre-monsoon months of March to May and the post-monsoon clarity of September to November, when daytime temperatures are optimal for outdoor stretching and meditation. This program suits practitioners of all levels, as well as walkers looking to balance physical exertion with restorative routines. Distances are kept moderate at eight to twelve kilometres per day, ensuring ample time for rest, journaling, and acclimatization without rushing through the valleys.

Our logistics are managed entirely from our Kathmandu base, utilizing certified guides who understand both mountain safety and the specific logistical needs of wellness groups. We maintain a strict guide-to-guest ratio of one to four to ensure personalized attention on the trail. Support staff manage all camp logistics and equipment transport, allowing you to focus entirely on your practice. We partner with local lodges and monastic communities to provide quiet spaces for practice while directly supporting the regional economy.
